Our group dynamic was very good and we worked very well together. We first established the concept and then began allocating work to everyone in the group. The allocation was based on skill set and what people was most interested in working on. I don't like packaging so I worked on the posters and website. But I did have a key part in deciding how the packaging would work on the bottle! I felt our final resolution was a huge success but it was a shame that I wasn't there for the presentation. The DBA guys were very problematic and let a lot of people down when they kept forgetting about feedback sessions and being late. It was a shame that I was on my placement when they rescheduled. This rescheduling also gave a lot of other groups more time to refine their ideas. Our group was quite far ahead which could have given us the win if we had presented when we should have.
If I'm honest I liked what we had produced but I didn't like the brief. It's not something i'm interested in and didn't understand why it was mandatory for me to work on a packaging brief when I've established my area of specialism which is all digital. It wasn't interesting and I struggled with motivation but I tried to push through and ensure I got involved as much as I could and not let down the team.
